At UBGA, we believe that helping means innovating, creating, and continuously improving what we do to make a greater impact.

We are a nonprofit organization that, for more than 20 years, has carried out humanitarian programs in education and health with great #LoveForMexico — reaching communities in 15 states across the country that live in conditions of high or extreme vulnerability.

We do this with the belief that health and education are inseparable pillars for improving people’s quality of life and strengthening our society. Our volunteer program welcomes those who wish to share their talent, knowledge, time, or ideas to support our mission: helping others.

At UBGA, you can get involved in a variety of areas —technical, operational, creative, or medical support— always guided by the belief that serving with knowledge, empathy, professionalism, and responsibility is the most dignified and ethical way to help others.

We’re looking for volunteers who bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of social commitment — people ready to contribute ideas and solutions. There are many ways to get involved… your ideas can help spark meaningful change.

Due to regulations, our medical areas can only accept volunteers with a valid professional license and active professional liability insurance.
